With Love Artwork Submission

Want to enter your artwork into With Love? You’ve come to the right place!

Scroll down to pay the exhibition entry fee. Once the fee has been successfully paid, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your artwork. If you do not receive an email within 20 minutes, please let us know and a staff member will manually confirm your payment.

Submission fees are non-refundable. Please read through the exhibition timeline, prospectus, and submission policies before paying.

Exhibition Timeline and Key Dates:

Exhibition Dates: Wednesday, September 2 - Friday, September 25, 2026

Submissions Open: March 25, 2026 at 12:00 pm

Submission Deadline: July 24, 2026 at 5:00 pm

Acceptance/Rejection Decisions Announced: August 8, 2026

Drop-off Dates: In Person: Tuesday, August 25 & Wednesday, August 26, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Shipping: August 20 & 21, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Pickup Dates: Saturday September 26, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

First Friday Reception: September 4, 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Submission Policies:

  • There is no limit on number of submissions, however each submission fee covers up to 3 entries. To submit more than three entries, please pay the submission fee again.

  • Submission Fees:

    • SCAL Members: $25 for up to 3 submissions

    • Non-Members: $50 for up to 3 submissions

    • To qualify for the discounted SCAL Member fee, you can become a member here.

    • Your membership and payment status will be cross-checked automatically upon payment of the fee. Please check your email for a submission conformation or a notice of missing fees. To minimize automation errors, please use the email address associated with your membership when filling out the submission form and purchasing submission fees.

    • Please note that if you have very recently become a member, you will likely receive an incorrect fee notice. Please reply to that email to have a staff member manually confirm your membership. We apologize for the inconvenience due to this processing delay.

  • Acceptance into the exhibition is not guaranteed, and the entry fee is non-refundable regardless of acceptance or rejection status.

  • By submitting your artwork via the form below, you authorize the Santa Cruz Art League to use images of your artwork for promotional purposes, regardless of whether or not your artwork is accepted into the exhibition.

  • All accepted artwork must be gallery-ready when delivered to the Santa Cruz Art League on the above drop-off days. We reserve the right to turn away accepted artwork that is not in a condition to be hung in our gallery. Read our gallery guidelines here.

  • Artwork must be for sale.

  • Artists under 18 years of age will need a parent/guardian’s signature at drop-off.

  • This exhibition is open to all mediums. 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional works will be considered for acceptance. All works must be original and created by the submitting artist. No generative AI artwork will be displayed in the gallery as a part of this exhibition. Any use of AI editing tools for digital works or photography must be disclosed in the medium field of the submission form.

Members: please purchase the fee using the same email address you have on file with us. If you use a different address, you may be flagged as a non-member.
