Exhibition Timeline and Key Dates:

Tickets Go On Sale: September 15

Exhibition Dates: Wednesday, October 28 - Saturday, November 7, 2026

Drop-off Dates: Wednesday, October 21 - Friday, October 23, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Fundraiser Event: Saturday, November 7, 2026. 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm (Doors open at 1:30 pm)

Submission Policies:

• Artists may submit as many pieces as they like. Please fill out the form below once per submission.

• All submitted artwork(s) must be submitted by the artist/s who created it.

• By submitting this form, you agree to donate this artwork to the Santa Cruz Art League (SCAL) to be displayed and raffled during Luck of the Draw, with all proceeds directly benefiting SCAL. You acknowledge that any artwork unclaimed after the event becomes the property of SCAL to retain, sell, or feature in future fundraising efforts.

• We ask that all donations have a value of $150 or more. If you are not sure how to value your piece, we have a self-pricing guide available! Click here to view.

• All accepted artwork must be gallery-ready when delivered to the Santa Cruz Art League on the above drop-off days. We reserve the right to turn away accepted artwork that is not in a condition to be hung in our gallery. Read our gallery guidelines here.

• By submitting this form, you allow SCAL to use images of your submitted artwork for promotion and marketing of this exhibition and event.

• This form is only to pledge donations. Please do not bring your pieces in until the scheduled drop off times: October 21, 22, & 23, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

• Artwork that is not gallery-ready, or is below the $150 threshold that is pledged or dropped off may not be on display during Luck of the Draw, but may be included in other fundraising efforts.
