Artist Bio:

Growing up in the Santa Cruz Mountains the local scenery informed my organic style of drawing and general approach to art, color, and light. I enjoy the artistic process of making observational, gestural pencil sketches in my sketchbook, particularly of cats, birds, and plants. Sometimes the sketches evolve into color illustrations, animations, or paintings. My current painting studies explore transparency and luminosity. I look forward to meeting and learning from other artists at the gallery events and workshops.
