Join us in celebrating the creativity of our artistic community! The Santa Cruz Art League Members’ Exhibition is a showcase of art by current members, open to the public to enjoy.

The Santa Cruz Art League has been able to maintain a space for artistic expression and growth since 1919, thanks to our extensive membership made up of artists from all walks of life. Through the Members’ Exhibition, we celebrate our present cohort and honor our past. We extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of our dedicated members whose support has been instrumental in keeping our organization alive. As we draw the curtains on 2025, we take great pleasure in showcasing the exceptional talents of our diverse group of artists. Embrace the beauty of artistic expression in all its forms, as we welcome a myriad of mediums that is truly representative of our artistic community.

Information for Artists:

How to submit artwork: Submissions for this exhibition will open on Wednesday, Sept 30 at 12:00 pm. You can submit your work via the form that will be posted here and on our Open Calls page. The Members’ Exhibition is filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and is not juried, however SCAL reserves the right to refuse to accept artwork for any reason. Once your submission is processed and your membership is verified, you will receive a confirmation email that your piece has been accepted. If your membership with us is not current (as of the exhibit’s opening on November 18), we will reach out to help you renew. If you do not receive either a confirmation or a renewal reminder within 1 week of submitting, please follow up with our office.

Submissions close Wednesday, Nov 4 at 5:00 pm or when we reach out limit of submissions (TBA).

Shipping: Tuesday, July 7 & Wednesday, July 8, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Artwork Pickup: Saturday, December 19, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
