Exhibition Timeline and Key Dates:

Exhibition Dates: October 29th - November 8th, 2025

Drop-off Dates: October 21st - 23rd, 1pm-4pm

Raffle Event: Saturday, November 8th, 2025. 2pm-5pm

Submission Policies:

  • Artists may submit as many pieces as they like. Please fill out the form below once per submission.

  • All submitted artwork must be submitted by the artists who created it.

  • By submitting this form, you agree to donate this piece of art to the Santa Cruz Art League (SCAL) to be won in the Luck of the Draw art raffle, and understand that all proceeds from the art raffle will go to SCAL.

  • Your donation is tax-deductible since SCAL is a nonprofit organization. You will receive a donation receipt for your taxes which will list the value of your donation as you enter it below.

  • We ask that all donations have a value of $150 or more. If you are not sure how to value your piece, we have a self-pricing guide available! Click here to view.

  • All accepted artwork must be gallery-ready when delivered to the Santa Cruz Art League on the above drop-off days. We reserve the right to turn away accepted artwork that is not in a condition to be hung in our gallery. Read our gallery guidelines here.

  • By submitting this form, you allow SCAL to use images of your submitted artwork for promotion and marketing of this exhibition and event.

  • This form is only to pledge donations. Please do not bring your pieces in until the scheduled drop off times: October 21st - 23rd, 1pm-4pm.
